Supplier vetting
Every counterparty is screened before a first cargo: ownership, licensing, sanctions exposure, mining permits and operating history. Sources that cannot be verified are declined.
Human rights
We require our suppliers to operate free of forced and child labour, and we do not knowingly participate in flows linked to conflict financing.
Environmental standards
We favour producers with credible tailings, water and rehabilitation practices, and we track the environmental footprint of the logistics chains we control.
Chain of custody
Material is documented and inspected from mine gate to discharge, giving buyers a traceable record for their own due diligence obligations.

KYC, anti-bribery and anti-money-laundering procedures are applied consistently across every jurisdiction in which we operate.
